Also known as Alistair the Blackhearted, the Scaled Tyrant was draconian in more than the nature of his rule. With strength and resilience beyond measure, King Alistair led a bloody coup of Candamar almost two centuries ago. As he gets older, draconians develop more and more dragon-like features. Well into his three hundredth year, Alistair was more powerful than ever, crushing his enemies in his iron grasp. However, a new threat arose from a most unexpected quarter; a threat that, if not stopped, threated to take from him everything he had gained.

- Every action card in Super Fantasy Brawl is attributed to one of the three cores which govern all magic in Fabulosa: creation, destruction, and manipulation.
- Each turn, players may play up to one action card of each core. Doing so exhausts their connection to that core until the end of the turn, when their hand will be replenished and the cores readied.
