The Home Pole Dancing Kit is appropriate for the beginner through to the advanced pole dancer who wants to have a pole at home!
It comes with instructional booklet and DVD which covers: - Pole setup instructions
- Important warm-up tips and techniques
- A complete beginner/intermediate routine including multiple pole dancing moves that you can mix and match
- Enough moves and routines to put together your own 15 to 60 minute workout to make you sweat and burn the pounds off and get the body you always wanted
Suitable for ceilings between 7.3 and 8.4 feet (2.22 and 2.57 metres) high (product is height adjustable). The diameter of the pole is 2 inches (5 cm).
This is a non-spinning (fixed) pole and can be disassembled easily for storage.
Please note: Instructions on installing the Home Pole Dancing Kit must be adhered to avoid injury when using the product. The Home Pole Dancing Kit can only be affixed to ceiling areas that are directly above cement or wood beam joists. A minimum 7 feet (2 metre) diameter circle space from the centre of the pole is required to use the product in conjunction with the manufacturer's exercise instructions. A certified contractor is recommended for the installation process.
